Sri Shakthi Sweets & Snacks

We are located at Vasanth Nagar Phase II, right on North Main Road at number 6. If you’re walking nearby, you can usually smell the sugar and the frying long before you see the shop. It’s a small place, mostly taken up by the big glass counters where we keep the trays. We spend most of the day in the back where the heat is. It’s a lot of stirring and watching the temperature. The tiles on the floor are a bit chipped in places because we’re always moving heavy milk cans around. We don't have any fancy seating, just a few stools for people who want to eat something quickly before they move on. The North Main Road gets very busy in the evenings, and that’s when we have the most people coming in. We try to keep everything tidy, but when it’s busy, there are usually some crumbs on the counter and empty wrappers in the bin. We’ve been using the same recipes for years because that’s what people like. We don't go in for fancy packaging or anything like that. We just put the snacks in a bag and hand them over. It’s a simple way to run a business. We know the regulars by their orders, and we usually have their favorites ready before they even ask. That’s the daily life at Sri Shakthi Sweets & Snacks.
