Sri Raghavendra Sweets & Condiments

You can find us at number 281 in the 2nd Block of Tyagarajanagar. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, except when festivals come around. That’s when things get really busy for us here at Sri Raghavendra Sweets & Condiments. We spend a lot of time in the back prep area getting things ready. It’s mostly just us working hard to keep the glass cases filled with whatever people are looking for that day. We don’t really do any big marketing. If the stuff tastes good, people come back, and that’s basically how we’ve stayed open. The shop is small, so it smells like sugar and spices all day long. Sometimes the bins get a bit messy when it’s crowded, but we try to tidy up as we go. We’ve seen kids grow up coming here with their parents to pick out a treat. It makes the long hours feel a bit more worth it. We don’t have a website or anything like that. Just the physical shop on the corner where we’ve always been. If you walk by, you’ll probably see us stocking the shelves or talking to a neighbor. It’s just a normal life here in Tyagarajanagar. We just keep our heads down and keep the business running as best as we can. We try to be helpful when people ask questions about what's in the boxes for the neighbors.
