Shree Bikanere Sweets

We have been here at Ashirwade Industrial Estate 19 for a while now. It gets quite busy in Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar during the day. Most of the time we are just busy making the snacks and keeping the counters full. People from the nearby factories come in for a quick bite or some sweets to take home. It is not a very big place, just enough to get the work done. The morning starts early here because there is a lot of frying and mixing to do before the first customers show up. Sometimes the road gets dusty with all the trucks, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and work. There are a lot of different sweets in the glass cases. It is mostly regular stuff that people like. We try to keep things clean and tidy even when it gets crowded. Being in an industrial area means we see the same faces almost every day. It feels like a small community here. You can find us right at unit 19. It is nothing fancy, just a local shop where we spend most of our hours. Some days are longer than others, especially when there is a festival coming up and everyone wants something special. We just do what we do. We just keep the shutters open and wait for the morning sun to hit the street.
