Shobha Foods

Shobha Foods is located at 17, G1, on the 4th Cross in Syed Block. It is tucked away in the Annasandra Palya area, near the HAL Layout. It is a quiet residential street, so we try not to make too much noise, though the machines do hum a bit during the day. We focus on making food items that people can use in their kitchens every day. It started as a small idea in a tiny room, and slowly we moved into this space. It is not a big factory, just a place where we pack things and get them ready for the local shops. The neighbors know us well, and sometimes they drop by to see what we are making. We do not have a big marketing team or a website that looks like a movie. We just have our products and the people who like them. Most days involve checking the quality of the grains or whatever we are processing that week. The 4th Cross is a bit narrow, so when the delivery van comes, it is a whole process to get it parked right. We take pride in the fact that we do most of the work ourselves. It is a family-run sort of thing, and we put in a lot of hours to make sure everything is clean and tidy. It is just honest work in a small corner of the city. We hope the food we make helps people at home.
