Shivam Fast Food Sweets

Our shop, Shivam Fast Food Sweets, is located on Banneraghatta Road Link Road in Chincholi. Specifically, we are at number 2/10, No 4, in Ajay Plaza, which is in N S Palya, 1st Main. It is a busy little corner. We have been cooking here for a long time, and the smell of frying samosas and boiling sugar syrup usually fills the air by ten in the morning. We make a variety of sweets, the kind you see in big trays behind the glass. Then we also have the fast food side for people who want a quick bite during their lunch break. The kitchen gets really hot, especially in the summer, but we are used to the heat. We don't have fancy menus or waiters in uniforms. People just come to the counter, tell us what they want, and we serve it up on paper plates or pack it in boxes. Ajay Plaza is a good spot because of all the people walking by to go to work. We see the same faces every day, which is nice. Sometimes we run out of a certain sweet early and people get a bit disappointed, so we try to make enough to go around. We use simple ingredients and recipes that have stayed the same since we started. It’s just us working hard to keep the food fresh and the customers fed.
