Sangam Sweets Stall

You can find us in Gandhi Nagar, specifically on the 6th Cross in the 2nd Lane, numbers 86 and 87. It’s a bit of a maze back here, but once you find the lane, you can’t miss the stall. We have been making sweets here for quite a while now. The morning starts with big pots of milk boiling and the smell of sugar everywhere. We stack the glass cases with whatever we finished making that morning. It’s a small space, so we have to be organized, but usually, things are a bit messy behind the counter with trays and ladles. We aren't a big factory or anything, just a local stall. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to use flashlights to see what we are doing, but we keep working. People come by for a quick piece of something sweet or to buy a box for a festival. We know the other shopkeepers around here, so there is a lot of chatting throughout the day. The lane is narrow, so when a delivery truck comes, everything stops for a minute. We don't have a website or fancy branding. We just have the name Sangam Sweets Stall on a board outside. It’s a simple business, really. We just show up, make the sweets, sell them to whoever walks by, and then clean up and go home to do it again tomorrow. It’s hard work on the feet but we are used to it by now.
