New Surya Pure Ghee Sweets & Snacks is our place on Madivala Street 3. We are located right near the Gurudwara Shaib in Murad Pura. It’s a very active part of the neighborhood, and there’s always something happening outside on the street. Our day usually begins with the heat of the stoves in the back. We spend a lot of time preparing the snacks and making sure the ghee-based sweets are ready for the counter. The shop itself is quite simple. We have some glass displays and a few shelves for the packaged items. It can get pretty oily in here, so we are constantly cleaning the surfaces. We don't have a corporate office or anything like that. It’s just a family-style operation where we do the work ourselves. Madivala Street 3 is a narrow road, so it gets congested with people and scooters, but that just adds to the atmosphere of Murad Pura. We see a lot of people coming from the Gurudwara, and we’ve become a familiar stop for many of them. We don't use fancy marketing talk to describe our business. We just focus on making the food and keeping the shop running. At the end of the day, we pack the leftovers, wash the trays, and lock the shutters. It’s hard work, but it is what we do at New Surya Pure Ghee Sweets & Snacks. We just keep it honest and stay busy every single day.
