You can find Neil Food Products at House No: 142/2 inside the Kola Chalam Compound. It’s a bit of a hidden spot, so you have to look closely for the gate. The compound has a few different businesses in it, but we’ve been in our little corner for quite a while. We process different kinds of food products here. It’s a very basic workspace with concrete floors and high ceilings to keep it cool. We don’t have an office with air conditioning or fancy chairs. Most of the time, we are on our feet, moving bags or checking the machines. It’s noisy and sometimes it gets a bit messy, but that’s just the nature of the work. We are just a small team of local workers. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the work is done right before we head home. The compound can get busy with trucks coming in and out, but we’ve found our own rhythm. We handle everything from the raw materials coming in to the final bags going out. It’s a lot of physical labor, and at the end of the day, we’re usually pretty tired. But it’s good, honest work that pays the bills. We don't use any big marketing words.
