Iskcon Sweet

Our shop is Iskcon Sweet and we are located in Jayanagar, specifically at Limdagat 119/A-36. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads. We get up early to start the kitchen work. It takes time to get the sugar and milk right, so we don't rush it. Usually, by mid-morning, the first batches are ready. People around here know the address. We have been here for a bit now, and we know many of the neighbors by name. It’s not a big company or a chain. We just focus on what we have in front of us. Some days are busier than others, like when there is a festival or a weekend. We keep things simple. The shop isn't very large, so we have to stay organized. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected, which is annoying but happens. We don't use fancy machines for everything. A lot of it is done by hand. It’s just me and a couple of others working the counters. We try to keep the glass cases clean and the floor swept. It is a steady job. Jayanagar is a nice area to be in. We get a mix of older folks and kids coming in after school. We don’t talk much about what we do, we just do it. The address is easy to find if you know the Limdagat area. We keep the doors open and wait for whoever comes. It’s a small, honest shop that’s been part of this street for years now.
