Delhiwalle Sweet And Chats

We are located in White Field 2nd Stage, specifically on Varthur Main Road in Kundalahalli, number 37143. It’s a small shop but we keep it busy from the moment we open. We make sweets and chats right here in the back. The kitchen gets really hot with the big stoves going all day long. You can usually smell the sugar and spices from the street. We don’t have a lot of seating, just a few high tables where people can stand and eat. It’s mostly meant for a quick bite. I’m usually at the counter handling the cash and packing boxes. The floor gets a bit sticky sometimes when it's busy, but we try to mop it whenever there's a break. We use a lot of milk and ghee, and we get our deliveries early in the morning. It's not a fancy boutique sweet shop; it's a place where you get your hands a bit messy. The noise from the main road is always there, but we’re used to it. My younger brother helps with the frying. We don’t really have a set way of doing things, we just cook what people like. Some days we run out of the popular stuff by evening. It’s just an honest little shop trying to serve the neighborhood. We've been at this for a few years now and it's been okay so far.
