Chocos Vaa

Chocos Vaa is tucked away in Rajajinagar on 9th A Main Road, specifically at Isro Layout 11. It’s a quiet spot compared to the main roads. We spend our days working with chocolate, which sounds better than it actually is when you’re the one cleaning the pots. We started this because we liked making things by hand. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a big factory or fancy machines. It’s mostly just us in the kitchen, making sure the mixtures are right and the molds are clean. Sometimes a batch doesn't turn out perfect, so we just have to start over. That’s the reality of it. People from the layout come by often. We recognize the kids who stop to look in the window. The space is a bit small, so we have to be careful not to bump into each other. We use the address at 11 as both our workspace and where we sell a few things. It’s not a grand showroom. It’s just where we work. We keep the music playing while we wrap the bars. It’s a bit of a mess during the busy holidays, but we manage. We aren't trying to be a famous brand. We just want to make something people enjoy eating. That’s why we’re here every morning at the same time, melting and mixing. It’s a simple way to spend the day.
