Bliss Chocolate Lounge

Bliss Chocolate Lounge is located over in Whitefield, specifically at Midc 23/24. It’s a bit of an industrial setting for something like chocolate, but it works for us. We spend most of our time melting, tempering, and molding different things. The whole place usually smells like cocoa, which I guess is better than most offices. We aren’t one of those super polished corporate places. Our counters have a few scratches and there’s usually a bit of chocolate dust on the floor by the end of the shift. We make things in small batches because that’s just how we know how to do it. The cooling racks are always full of something new. Whitefield gets so much traffic these days, so getting our ingredients in can be a headache sometimes. We have a small team here. Some of us have been working with sweets for a long time, while others are just learning how to handle the heat. It’s a delicate process, but we don't treat it like some high art. It’s just food. We want people to enjoy what we make without making a big fuss about it. The building at 23/24 isn't much to look at from the outside, but inside we’re always busy. We focus on the product and let the rest take care of itself. It's a lot of standing on your feet and watching timers. We just do our best with what we have here.
