Mrityunjay Traders

Mrityunjay Traders is located in a small place called Chhatauna, which is part of the Naokothi area. It’s a bit of a rural spot, so things move a lot slower here than they do in the big cities. We handle all sorts of trading tasks from our small office in the village. Most of our days are spent talking to local folks or coordinating with people from the nearby district office. There isn't a lot of noise out here, except for the occasional tractor passing by on the main road. We don't have a fancy storefront with glass windows. It’s more of a solid, functional building where we keep our records and equipment. Sometimes the rains make the roads a bit messy, so it takes longer for stuff to reach us. We keep a simple schedule, opening up early and closing down when the light starts to fade. There is a lot of dust that comes in from the fields, so we are always wiping down the tables. We don't use any complicated software for our business; it’s mostly just us and our handwritten notebooks. People know us in the village, so we don't need to put up big signs. We just do our work and try to be helpful when someone stops by with a question. It’s a very plain way of doing things, but it works for us and the people around Chhatauna. We’re just local people doing local business.
