Our company is run out of Vill Dariyapur in the Bandsambal area. Kamindra’s place is the main point of contact for everyone. We’re a group of local farmers who grew up around these fields. It’s not a big corporate setup; it’s more like a group of neighbors working together. We found that by forming this company, we could handle the business side of farming much better. It’s things like buying seeds in bulk or finding a truck to take our harvest to the city. We do all the planning right here in the village. The office is just a room with some ledgers and a lot of talk about the weather. We don't have fancy uniforms or a big sign. Most of the time, we’re just out there in the dirt, doing the actual work. It’s a tough life sometimes, especially when the rains don’t come when they’re supposed to, but we stick together. Dariyapur is a quiet place, and we like it that way. We aren't looking to become some massive enterprise. We just want to make sure that the people farming here in Bandsambal can keep their families going and get a fair price for what they grow. It’s practical, everyday work that keeps us busy from sunrise to sunset. We might not have everything figured out perfectly, but we know how to farm and how to help each other out when things get difficult.
