We spend most of our time out in the fields around Bhadi Bujurg or sitting in the office space at Paras Nath's place in Majhauwameer. It’s not a fancy office at all. Mostly just desks and chairs where we talk about crops and what the farmers in Basti need this season. The weather gets really hot here in Uttar Pradesh, and that changes how we work every day. We aren't a big city corporation with a glass building. We are just a group of people trying to manage things better for the local farmers who bring their produce. Sometimes the rain messes up the schedule, or the roads get muddy, but we keep going. You can usually find someone here during the day, though we might be out on a farm visit. It’s quiet in this part of Basti except for the sound of tractors now and then. We handle a lot of paperwork because that's what a producer company does, but the real work happens in the soil. We’ve been here for a bit now, getting to know every corner of the village and the people who live nearby. It’s a lot of long hours and talking to neighbors about seeds or harvests. We don't have a big marketing team, just us doing what needs doing. If you walk past Bhadi Bujurg, you'll see us working away. It is just a simple life here.
