Our place is located in Purba Lalchari, specifically in the Natun Basti area of Ambassa. People around here know it as Parshi Para. We go by the name Tipra Horticulture And Agriculture Infrastructure Private Limited, but mostly we are just neighbors working on the land. Setting things up in Lalchhari took some time. We deal with the practical side of farming, like the structures and tools needed to keep plants healthy. It’s not always easy work. Sometimes the equipment breaks or the supplies take too long to arrive from town. We don’t have a flashy storefront. It’s more of a functional space where we plan out the agriculture projects for the local area. Ambassa is a busy place, and we try to keep up with the demands of the seasons. There’s a lot of focus on horticulture because that is what grows well in our soil. We spend our mornings checking on the progress of different plots. If you walk through the village, you’ll see us working near the road or in the back fields. We aren't experts in everything, but we know this ground pretty well. We started this company to handle the infrastructure part of things, which usually gets ignored. It keeps us busy from sunrise until it gets dark. No big speeches, just trying to get the farming infrastructure right for the community here in Tripura. It is hard work but it's ours. We don't mind the long hours at all.
