B. M. Marbles & Granites

Our business is set up in the industrial area on Dahod Road, right in the Thikriya area. We are very close to the Banswara Sintex Mill, so that is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. We deal with marble and granite slabs which are incredibly heavy and need careful handling. The yard is full of different colors and patterns of stone. It is a lot of work to keep everything organized so we can find what a customer needs. The Dahod Road gets a lot of heavy traffic, especially with the mill nearby. We have a small crew of people who know how to move these big slabs without breaking them. It is a stressful job sometimes because one mistake can cost a lot. We don't have a fancy showroom. Everything is right there in the open or under basic sheds. The dust is everywhere, and we just deal with it. We spend our time talking to contractors and people building houses. It is a very practical way to make a living. The air around Thikriya is always a bit thick with the industrial activity. We have been here for a good while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the mill nearby and the trucks passing by. It is just a normal stone yard where we work hard and hope for good weather to get the loading done.
