Sai Ram Luggage Centre

Our shop is located at numbers 6 and 7, right across from the Upparpet Police Station. We are in the West Zone, specifically in the Tadwadi area of Balepet. Being right opposite a police station means there’s always something happening outside, and it’s a very busy part of town to be in. We mostly sell luggage, everything from big trunks to small handbags and backpacks. The shop is usually packed with items from floor to ceiling, so you have to watch your step as you walk through the aisles. We have been in Balepet for a long time now. It’s a traditional market area, so it’s always crowded with shoppers and all kinds of vehicles. We spend most of our time showing people how the locks work or checking the handles on the trolleys to make sure they are sturdy. It’s a family-run kind of place, and we don’t have any of that corporate polish. We just open the doors in the morning and wait for the day to start up. The noise from the street is constant and loud, but you get used to it after a while. Most people find us because they are already in the area for other shopping needs. We don't try to be anything we aren't. It’s just a place to get a decent bag for a fair price. We know our regulars and we see a lot of new faces passing through. It’s just a steady life here in the heart of Balepet.
