A To Z Bags

Our place is called A To Z Bags and we are located at 386 M G Road on the corner of Avenue Road. It is one of those spots where there is never any peace because of the traffic outside. The shop is full of all kinds of bags, which is why we picked the name. We have everything from small coin purses to big luggage sets crammed into the space. The building is quite old, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to get to it. Most days, I am just sitting on a stool near the entrance watching the street. Avenue Road is always a mess with people and carts, so a lot of dust comes inside. We spend a good amount of time every morning just wiping the dust off the handbags. My cousin helps me out during the busy hours in the evening. We don’t have a computer system or anything; we just use a paper bill book for everything. Sometimes the lights go out for an hour or two, so we keep some candles handy. It’s a very simple operation. We don’t have fancy displays, just bags hanging on hooks wherever they fit. It’s a bit of a squeeze when more than three people are inside at once. We just focus on keeping the shop running and making sure the stock is full.
