We've been at the Trinity Building in Dhayari for a while now. Most days you'll find us busy with zippers and fabric. It gets a bit loud with the machines running, but that's just how it is here in Yeshwantpur. We started out small and stayed that way mostly because we like knowing what's going on with every bag that leaves the shop. It's not a fancy setup. There’s usually some dust on the shelves and rolls of material leaning against the walls. People stop by when they need something sturdy for work or travel. We spend a lot of time just fixing things too. Sometimes a handle snaps or a seam comes loose after years of use, and we try to get it sorted. It is a practical business. My brother and I usually handle the orders ourselves. We don't really have a big office or anything, just the workspace and a small desk for the paperwork. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we moved into 324/2, but we're still here doing the same stuff every morning. If you come by, you'll probably see us drinking tea near the entrance before the real work starts. It’s a lot of manual labor, cutting and stitching, but it keeps us busy. We don't do much advertising, mostly just people telling their friends about us. It works out fine for everyone involved and keeps the shop going.
