We do not have a flashy office with glass walls or receptionists. We work out of a regular building in the village. Most of our days are spent dealing with the actual farming side of things rather than sitting behind a desk. Azamgarh is where we were raised, and we wanted to build something here for our own people. We handle the production and the stuff that comes after the harvest. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes things do not go exactly as we planned them. We do not have a corporate script to follow. We just talk to each other and figure out what needs to be done.
