Atraulia Farmers Producer Company Limited is our little group based in Vill-Kanaila, near the Devrapatti post. We work with Rajnikant Pandey to keep things organized. We are just a bunch of farmers from around Atraulia who thought it made sense to work together. Farming is getting harder every year with costs going up and it felt like we needed to stand as one group. We spend most of our time out in the fields of Kanaila. We don't have a big staff or a fancy building. Most of our meetings happen while we are working or when we are walking back from the post office in the afternoon. It is a very simple way of life. We focus on getting our crops grown and sold. Sometimes the market prices are a real pain, so we try to find ways to deal with that together as a team. We are not corporate people in suits. We are people who know the smell of the rain and the feel of the soil in our hands. This producer company is just a tool for us to help each other out. We share what we know and help the younger guys learn the ropes. It is about keeping our community going. If you come through Devrapatti, you will see the land we work on. We are just local farmers trying to do right by our families and our neighbors in Atraulia every single day.
