Our office is right in Kamhenpur village, which is under the Bhawarnath Post office area in Azamgarh. It’s part of the Sadar Tehshil. Being right here in the village helps because we are close to the actual farms. This company is owned by the farmers themselves. We do everything from pooling our produce to buying seeds in bulk. It is a lot of coordination between different families in the area. Azamgarh has its own way of doing things, and we try to fit into that local rhythm. The office is a simple building where we meet every few weeks. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just talk to each other and decide what’s best for the season. Some days are slow, especially when it’s too hot to be outside, and other days everyone is here at once trying to get things sorted. My family has been in Kamhenpur for generations, so we know everyone around. We try to keep the paperwork straight, though it can be a headache sometimes. The goal is just to help the local farming families get by. It’s honest work. If you visit, you’ll see we are just a regular part of the village.
