Ss Food Agro

Located in C-Block of Ranjit Avenue, we are right underneath the Royal Arm Gym. You can actually hear the heavy weights hitting the floor sometimes throughout the day. It’s a bit of a strange spot for a food agro business, but it works for us. The space is mostly functional with a lot of sacks and containers stacked against the walls. We spend our time processing different grains and agro products. It’s physical work and your hands get pretty dirty by lunch. We usually have a small radio playing in the background to pass the time while we sort through the stock. Traffic on this side of Amritsar can be a real mess, especially when the gym members are all arriving at once. We’ve had to learn how to time our truck arrivals so they don't get stuck in the narrow lanes. There is no big reception area or fancy chairs for visitors here. If someone comes by, they usually just talk to us while we are working in the back. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it gets a little chaotic with paperwork flying around. It’s just how it goes when you’re trying to move a lot of product in a small area. We like the neighborhood though. There are good places to eat nearby and the people are generally friendly once they get to know you. We just keep moving.
