Simar Veg Chaamp

We are over here on Batala Road in Amritsar, right near Celebration Mall. Simar Veg Chaamp is basically just us doing our thing every day. It gets pretty loud and busy around this part of town, but we’ve been at it for a while now. Some people stop by while they’re out shopping or just passing through the neighborhood. We mostly focus on the food we make. It’s a small spot, nothing too fancy to look at, but we keep the kitchen running. The mall brings a lot of foot traffic our way, especially on the weekends when families are out. We aren't trying to be some big corporate chain or anything like that. It's just a local shop where we handle the orders as they come. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic when many people show up at once, but that’s just how it goes in Amritsar. We spend most of our time prepping the ingredients and making sure everything is ready for the lunch and dinner rushes. You can find us easily if you know where the mall is. We don't really do much advertising or anything, mostly just word of mouth from folks who live around here or work nearby. It’s a simple setup, just a counter and some space to get things done. We like being part of the street life here on Batala Road. It is what we know.
