Our office and workspace are at 7 Dasondha Singh Road, right off Lawrence Road. We are in the agro-food business, which means we deal with a lot of grains and other farm products. The building is an older one, but it has plenty of space for what we need. It’s often dusty because of the nature of the goods we handle. We have stacks of bags piled up almost to the ceiling sometimes. It isn't a quiet place; there is always a truck idling outside or someone moving heavy sacks around. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a job for the farmers and the people who buy from us. Some days are slower than others, especially when the harvest isn't coming in quite yet. We sit around the small table in the front and talk about the market prices while we drink tea. We don't have any polished brochures or fancy websites. If someone wants to know about us, they usually just come to Lawrence Road and talk to us face to face. It’s a very hands-on way to run things. We make mistakes sometimes, like everyone else, but we try to fix them quickly. It’s just us doing our work with the agro products every day. We have been at this for a while now and it suits us fine.
