We’re located at 222-B in the New Grain Market. If you’ve ever been to the market, you know how loud and busy it gets, especially in the mornings. Gurnoor Foods has been part of this scene for a while now. Our office is right in the middle of all the action. You can hear the tractors and the shouting of the traders from our front door. It’s a lively place to work. The office itself is pretty basic, just a place to sit, take phone calls, and keep our ledgers straight. We deal with food products, which makes sense given we are in the grain market. There’s usually dust in the air and a lot of tea being passed around. We don’t have any fancy corporate titles here. Everyone just pitches in where they are needed. Sometimes that means loading a truck and sometimes it’s filing taxes. We’ve grown to like the chaos of the market. It feels like the heart of the town. We know most of the other shop owners around here. We don’t spend money on advertising or big signs. People know where we are if they need us. It’s a practical way to run a business. We show up early, do what needs doing, and head home when the market slows down. It’s a good life for us and we wouldn't change it much.
