We are located at 987, Old Gt Road, right near the Sabji Mandi. Being close to the vegetable market means it is always noisy and crowded outside our doors. There is a constant sound of horns and people shouting prices for produce, which we’ve just gotten used to over time. Esperto Foods Private Limited operates from this spot because it’s convenient for getting things in and out, even if the traffic is a nightmare sometimes. The building itself is older, with thick walls that keep it somewhat cool in the summer. We spend most of our time in the front section where the light is better. There’s always dust from the road, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the tables. We don’t have a fancy sign, just the address painted near the entrance. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we just walk or bike in. Lunch is usually something someone brought from home, eaten quickly while we check the orders for the afternoon. It’s a busy environment and there is always something that needs fixing, like a leaky tap or a lightbulb that keeps flickering. We don’t really have a big team, just a few of us making sure things run as smoothly as they can in such a hectic area. It is just a normal, everyday job for us and we stay busy from morning until evening.
