Maharao Shekhaji Garden Restaurant

We are situated out on Nasirabad Road, right near the Hatundi Chauraha. It’s basically on NH-79, so we get a lot of people driving through Ajmer or heading toward the highway. The restaurant has a garden area which is nice when the weather isn’t too hot in the evenings. We have outdoor seating and some space inside too. It’s a big property compared to the shops in the city center. We’ve been running this place for a good while. The kitchen handles mostly local dishes that travelers look for. It’s not a fancy setup with tablecloths and soft music. It’s more of a place where you pull over, eat a hearty meal, and get back on the road. The dust from the highway is a bit of a challenge, so we’re always wiping down the tables and chairs. We have a few trees that give some shade in the afternoons. The staff is mostly guys from the nearby area who’ve worked here for years. We don't have a big fancy menu, just the staples that everyone likes. On weekends, it can get a bit crowded with families from the city coming out for a change of scene. We just try to keep the service moving so nobody is waiting too long for their food. It’s a straightforward garden restaurant. Nothing too fancy, just plenty of space and some fresh air away from the middle of town. It’s how we like to run things here on Nasirabad Road.
