Madan Tent House

Madan Tent House is out on the Parbatpura Bypass, right along the NH-8 Nasirbad Road. It is a dusty spot because of all the construction and the trucks that never seem to stop moving. We have a lot of storage space here for our tents, carpets, and the metal frames we use every day. Usually, the morning is spent loading up for a job somewhere in the city or a nearby village. It is hot work and there is not much shade once you leave the shop yard. We have different kinds of setups, from big wedding tents to small ones for a backyard gathering. We check our ropes often because they tend to fray in the dry heat. Sometimes we have to fix a tear in the fabric right there on the spot before we can leave. It is just me and a couple of others most of the time doing the heavy work. We aren't trying to be the biggest place around, just a reliable one where people can get what they need for a fair deal. We have been at this location for a long time and we know the bypass area like the back of our hands. Traffic can be a nightmare sometimes, so we always try to leave a bit early to make sure we aren't late for a setup. It is just honest work that keeps us on our feet all day long and into the night.
