Chirag Tent House

We run Chirag Tent House over near Chowki Circle in Subhash Nagar. It’s right off Beawer Road. We spend a lot of our time loading and unloading trucks with poles, canvas, and chairs. If you’ve got a wedding or a small function coming up, we’re the ones who come out and set everything up. It’s heavy work and can get pretty dusty, but we’re used to it by now. The warehouse is always full of stacks of things waiting for the next job. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it rains or gets really windy, but we manage to get the tents up one way or another. We’ve been doing this in the Subhash Nagar area for a good while. People around here know where to find us when they need a bit of shade for a party or some extra seating for guests. We also have a few helpers who have been with us for a long time and know the ropes. We don't have a big office with air conditioning; we’re usually out on the field or sitting by the gate waiting for the next delivery. It’s just us and a few workers making sure the events have what they need. We try to be on time, though traffic on Beawer Road can be a bit of a mess sometimes. It’s a basic service, just providing the gear for people’s special days.
