Govind Tent & Light Decorator

We operate Govind Tent & Light Decorator from our spot on Jaipur Road, specifically in the Andar Koth area. It’s a lively part of town to be in. We do two things mostly: putting up tents and sorting out the lights for functions. Lighting can be tricky because of the wiring and making sure everything glows just right when the sun goes down. We have piles of fairy lights and big lanterns sitting in the shop. My brother and I usually handle the bookings, while our crew does the heavy lifting. We’ve been working on Jaipur Road for years now, so we know the shortcuts to get to most venues quickly. It’s not a glamorous job, and we usually end up with dirty hands and tired feet by the end of the day. But it feels good to see a place transform once the lights are on and the tent is up. We don't have a glossy brochure or a big website. People usually just hear about us from their neighbors or see our truck parked somewhere. We keep things pretty straightforward and try to help out however we can. If you need a few extra lights or another row of chairs at the last minute, we try to accommodate that without making a big fuss about it. We’ve done all sorts of events around here over the years.
