Kanchan Tent House

At Kanchan Tent House, we are located right on the Dhola Bhatta Main Road. It is a busy place and there is always noise from the traffic outside our door. We have been doing this for a while now, mostly helping people with their small gatherings or bigger family functions. Our storage is full of colorful drapes, folding chairs, and the big wooden platforms we use for stages. Being on the main road makes it easy for people to drop by and see what we have, but it also means we have to be quick with loading our gear so we don't block the street for too long. The life of a tent house worker is basically moving heavy things from one place to another. We check our inventory every week to see what needs fixing or washing. The monsoon season is usually quiet because nobody wants an outdoor tent when it is pouring rain. That is when we do most of our repairs on the iron frames and the canvas sheets. We are just local people working here. You won't find any slick salespeople or glossy brochures in our shop. We just write things down in a ledger and make sure we have enough hands to finish the job. If you walk down Dhola Bhatta Main Road, you will see our sign. It is just a practical business run by people who know the neighborhood well.
