We are located in Ganj, Ajmer, right near the Bni-Thni Beauty Parlour and Mahavir Circul. It’s a lively area with people always walking past. Lakshay Entertainment is a small operation. We spend a lot of time checking our gear and making sure the speakers and lights are working like they should. Our space in Ganj isn't very large, so we have to be careful about how we stack the crates. Sometimes it feels like we are living out of boxes when things get busy during the festival months. We don't have any fancy decorations in the office, just the stuff we need for work. Usually, there is some music playing in the background while we check the schedules. If you come by Mahavir Circul, you can't miss the turn towards our street. The building is a bit old and the stairs are narrow, but it serves us well. We aren't corporate people, just a local crew that likes being part of the noise and excitement of the city. We often grab a snack from the stalls nearby when we have a break. It's a lot of manual work, lifting heavy things and driving around, so we are rarely just sitting still. Most evenings you'll find someone here tinkering with a cable or fixing a broken light bulb. It's not glamorous but it is what we do every day. There is always someone coming in to drop off a flyer or ask about a booking, so it stays busy until quite late at night.
