Komal Tent & Decorators

I’ve been running Komal Tent & Decorators out of Pahadganj Gurunanak Colony for quite some time now. It’s a busy spot in B Group Sindhubari, and most days you’ll find us just sorting through fabrics or checking the poles for the next setup. It’s not fancy work, but it’s what we do. We spend a lot of time outside in the sun, making sure the tents are tied down right and the colors don't look too faded. People around here know where to find us when they have a wedding or a small prayer meet at home. My family helps out too, especially when there are multiple jobs on the same weekend. Sometimes the decorations get tangled or a curtain is missing a hook, and we have to scramble to fix it before the guests show up. It’s a lot of lifting and climbing ladders, honestly. We keep the inventory in a small space that’s always a bit of a mess with all the flowers and lights piled up. I like the routine of it, even if the mornings are early and the nights are late. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that, just our place here in the colony where we keep the trucks and the gear. It’s mostly just hard work and hoping the weather stays clear for the outdoor events we have lined up. I've lived around here forever so I know the shortcuts to most venues.
