Kamla Tent House

Kamla Tent House is situated right near the Parbatpura Bypass on the NH-8 Nasirabad Road. Being so close to the highway means there is always dust and the sound of big trucks roaring past our door. We have a decent amount of space here to keep our tents and all the heavy gear. It is a tough spot because the sun beats down on the yard all day long. We spend our time checking the poles and making sure the canvas isn't getting too worn out from the heat. Most of our work comes from the nearby areas where people need a setup for a celebration or maybe a religious gathering. We load up the small trucks and head out early in the morning. It is not always easy work, especially when the ground is hard and it is difficult to hammer in the stakes properly. We have a lot of chairs and some basic lighting too. Nothing too fancy, just what works for a regular party. Sometimes a customer comes by and we just talk under the shade for a bit while we figure out what they need. We have been at this bypass location for a good while now. The wind can be quite strong out here, so we have to be careful with how we store things. It is just a regular business, trying to keep things moving and making sure the gear is ready for the next call we get.
