Goyal Tent & Light Decorator

Our shop is right at Panch Batti Chouraha in Nasirabad, which is a busy part of Ajmer. We have been here at 305601 for a long time, dealing with tents, poles, and all the lighting equipment you can imagine. Most of our days are spent checking the fabric for holes or making sure the bulbs aren't burnt out before they go out to a site. It’s physical work, mostly lifting heavy metal frames and loading them onto the back of trailers. The sun in Ajmer is no joke, so we try to get the heavy lifting done in the morning. We don’t have a fancy office; it’s more like a storeroom where we sit and talk to people about what they need for their functions. Sometimes the warehouse gets disorganized when three things are happening at once. We just grab a chai from the stall across the street and get back to it. Being at the chouraha means there is always noise and people passing by. We know the rhythm of this town and when the busy seasons are going to hit us hard. It’s just a few of us here at Goyal Tent & Light Decorator making sure the tents stay up and the lights stay on. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just answer the phone and show up with the gear when someone asks us to. It’s a simple life and we like it that way.
