Our shop, Devesh Electronic & Sound, is tucked away at 655/27-B in the Ramganj area of Ajmer. We are located in what everyone calls Mamta Hotel Wali Gali. It’s a 305001 area. We’ve been working out of this lane for quite some time now. We deal with all sorts of electronic things and sound equipment. It’s a lot of wires, speakers, and testing out systems. Our space is usually filled with gear that needs fixing or is being prepped for a local event. We aren't a big, fancy store with glass windows. It’s more of a workshop where we get our hands dirty. Being in Ramganj, we see a lot of the same faces every day. People know us as the guys in Mamta Hotel Wali Gali who know their way around a soundboard. We keep things simple and don't bother with corporate talk. If a speaker is broken, we look at it and see if it can be fixed. We also help set up sound for local functions. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. The lane can be narrow and crowded, but it’s our home base. We’ve been at 655/27-B for years and haven't felt the need to move. Ajmer is a good place for a business like ours. We just focus on the electronics and making sure the sound works right for whoever needs it.
