Deepak Disposal & Tent House

You can find us at Deepak Disposal & Tent House on Foy Sagar Road. We are directly opposite the PNB bank. Having the bank right there makes it easy to explain where we are. We do two things here, disposals and tent rentals. So, half the shop is full of paper plates and plastic cups, and the other half is filled with the big tents. It’s a bit of a strange mix, but it works for us. Foy Sagar Road is a main road, so there is always a lot of dust. I spend at least an hour every morning just wiping down the disposal items so they don't look dirty. The tent side of the business is much more physical. We have to drag the heavy canvas out into the yard to dry it if it gets wet. I’m usually tired by the afternoon. The bank across the street gets a lot of customers, so we see people coming and going all day. Sometimes they come over to buy a pack of plates after they finish their banking. It’s a small shop with a low ceiling, and it gets pretty cramped when we have new stock arriving. We don’t have any fancy systems. I just write everything down in a notebook. It’s an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it has worked for years. Foy Sagar Road is our home, and we’re just another part of the street. Nothing more, nothing less.
