Anil Tent House

We started this place in Kishangarh because there was a need for someone to handle the heavy lifting for local events. Madanganj is a busy spot, and there’s always something happening that requires a decent setup. My family has been involved in this for years, so we’re used to the dust and the constant loading of trucks. We have piles of carpets and stacks of chairs that seem to never end. It’s not a quiet job at all. You’ll usually find us arguing over where a certain tent pole went or trying to fix a tear in a piece of decorative cloth. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. Our workspace is just where we keep the gear and where people come to talk about their upcoming family events. Most of the work happens outside, often in the middle of the night or very early morning before the guests arrive. The weather is the biggest boss we have to deal with. If it gets too windy, everything changes. We just focus on getting the stuff where it needs to be and making sure it stays standing. It’s honest work, even if our clothes are usually covered in dust by the end of the day. We’ve seen a lot of families grow up and celebrate different things over the years, which is a nice part of being stuck in one place for so long.
