Xps

You can find us at the ground floor of Neelmani Chember on Ashram Road. It’s right behind Sales India and across from the old Bhalchand Colour Lab. This spot is right in the middle of everything in Ahmedabad. Working for Tci Xps means there's always a lot of movement. The office isn't very large and it gets quite crowded when the delivery guys come in to check their manifests. We have piles of forms and some old computers that we’ve been meaning to upgrade. It’s a bit dusty because of all the construction and traffic on Ashram Road, but we keep things going. We don’t have any marketing people here, just folks who know how to handle packages and talk to customers on the phone. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and we can’t get to everyone at once. We just try to stay organized. People come in looking for their deliveries and we go through the stacks to find them. It’s a lot of manual work even with the computers. The heat in Ahmedabad doesn't help much in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. It’s a busy life here. We don't have time for fancy talk. We just want to make sure the cargo gets to the right address. That’s pretty much our whole day, from morning until we lock up at night.
