Dharti Travels

Our office is situated at Naranpura Char Rasta, specifically on the second floor above Vishvesh Medical Stores. It’s easy to find if you look for the Chandralay Apartments across the street. At Dharti Travels, we don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and a lot of travel folders. We spend our days talking to people about where they want to go and how they are going to get there. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait for pages to load while a customer sits across from us, but we just chat and get it sorted. It’s a very local feel here. We know the people who run the shops downstairs and we see the same faces walking by the crossroad every day. Dealing with travel plans can be stressful, especially when things get canceled or changed last minute. We just sit here and work through the problems one by one. Our desks are usually a bit messy with notes and booking references. We don't try to act like we’re a big multinational corporation. We’re just a small team in Naranpura trying to help our neighbors with their travel arrangements. It’s a lot of checking schedules and confirming hotel dates. We just do the work, answer the phones, and try to make sure everyone’s tickets are in order before they head off on their journeys. It is a busy way to spend the day.
