We are set up over at Regency Towers in Vastrapur. It's a decent building, though finding a parking spot in this part of Ahmedabad can be a real headache some days. Most people know the name, but here in this office, it’s just a handful of us trying to keep everyone’s phones working right. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking to people who can't get a signal or are wondering why their bill looks different this month. It’s regular work, nothing too exciting, but it’s important to folks. We drink a lot of chai to keep going when the phones don't stop ringing. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks and computers and some old files tucked away in the corners. Vastrapur is a lively area, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We try to get through the daily tasks without too much fuss. Sometimes the systems go slow and we just have to wait it out like everyone else. It’s just how it goes with technology sometimes. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and we know the neighbors pretty well. If you’re passing by C-101, you’ll likely see one of us through the door. We aren't here to change the world, just to make sure you can send your messages and make your calls without the line dropping out in the middle of it. It’s just honest work in a busy city.
