We aren't in one of those huge glass towers you see in the city center. Instead, we are right here in the neighborhood where people actually live and shop. The street outside is usually busy with scooters and people walking to the local shops. Inside, we have our desks and our equipment. We spend the day helping folks who have issues with their phones or need to get a new connection. It is the kind of work that never really stops because everyone has a phone these days. We don't put on airs here. If the printer jams, one of us has to fix it. If it rains hard, we have to make sure the door is shut tight so the water doesn't come in. We have been in Chandlodiya for quite some time now. Most of the regulars know where we are. We just try to get through the queue of people as fast as we can without making mistakes.
