This is the office for Vodafone Essar Gujarat Ltd. located at A-14, Bhagirath Tenaments. We are right by Koteshwar Mahadev Road, not too far from the Motera area in Ahmedabad. Working here means dealing with a lot of phone lines and customer accounts every single day. It’s a busy spot because everyone has a mobile phone these days and something always needs fixing or updating. The office itself is in a tenement building, so it feels more like a part of the neighborhood than a big glass skyscraper. A lot of time is spent looking at screens and talking to people about their signals or their bills. Things can get pretty hectic when the network has a hiccup, but we just take it one person at a time. The heat in Ahmedabad can be tough in the summer, so the fans stay on and we keep up with the paperwork. Sales pitches aren't part of what we do; we just handle the technical side and account details for folks around here. Data entry and checking boxes take up much of the day to make sure things stay connected. Sometimes the printers act up or we run out of tea, but the work gets done.
