Vodafone Customer Care

We are based at L18 Suvarna Appt, which is right behind Nirnay Nagar in the Ranip area of Ahmedabad. Our spot is pretty easy to find once you get into the lane. It is a regular apartment building, and we use this space for the Vodafone Customer Care work. It gets quite noisy around here with the local traffic and the kids playing outside in the evenings. Inside, we have our phones and computers set up on whatever table space we could find. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a high-tech center, but we manage to stay on top of the queries that come our way. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs quite a bit. We know the local shops nearby where we grab snacks during the afternoon break. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but honestly, we are too busy to worry much about that. There are papers everywhere, and someone is always looking for a pen that actually works. We keep the windows open when the breeze is nice, though mostly it’s just the sound of the city coming in. It’s a real, working environment where we just try to help out the people who reach us without making things more complicated than they need to be. There is always a lot to do, and we just take it one call at a time.
