Our office is tucked away in Abhilasha Appartment at number 41. We are really close to Som Lalit School in Navrangpura, so we see the kids and parents passing by every morning and afternoon. It makes the area feel very lived-in and busy. Ahmedabad traffic is something else, especially around here, but we are used to the noise. We have been operating out of this apartment for quite some time now. It’s a simple setup with a few chairs for people to sit while we talk about their travel plans. We don't have any big neon signs or fancy decorations. There’s a calendar on the wall and a few maps that are starting to curl at the edges. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers and checking on car availability. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it goes. People in the building are friendly and we often chat with them while we are heading out for lunch. We try to keep things organized but when it gets busy the desk gets covered in notes and receipts. Navrangpura is a good place to be because everything is nearby. We just handle the bookings and make sure everyone knows where they are supposed to go. It is regular work for regular people and we don’t feel the need to polish it up for anybody who stops by.
