Vci Hospitality Limited is based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Our office is at Plot No. 140/2 in Sector No. 3-A (New). Gandhinagar is a very organized city, so everything is laid out in blocks and sectors. It makes things easy to find. We work in the hospitality industry, but our office is where the planning and the boring stuff happens. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of phone lines. There is always someone calling about a project or a staffing issue at one of the properties. We are not a huge corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people who have worked together for a long time. The office is quiet most of the time, which is good for getting through the paperwork. We do not have any fancy slogans or polished brochures. We just talk to people like we are talking to our neighbors. Most of our day is spent solving small problems before they become big ones. We like being in Sector 3-A because it is not as crowded as some other parts of the city. There is a small park nearby where we sometimes go for a walk when the work gets a bit too much. It is a steady, practical environment. We do not pretend to be anything we are not. We just manage the hospitality side of things and try to do it right.
