Vasudev Caterers

Vasudev Caterers operates out of 14 Neelam Society on Bhudarpura Road in the Ambawadi area of Ellisbridge. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood for the most part, which is nice compared to the busier parts of the city. We’ve been here for a while and most of the neighbors know us. Our setup is pretty straightforward. We use our space to organize all the equipment and get the ingredients ready for the jobs we take on. Catering is a lot of behind-the-scenes work that people don’t always see. We spend hours cleaning, chopping, and packing everything up. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. Being in Ellisbridge means we are centrally located, which helps when we have to go to different parts of town. We don’t have a big storefront or anything like that. We just work from our place in Neelam Society. Sometimes the kitchen gets really hot and crowded, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We are just a small team of people trying to earn a living by providing food for local events. We don’t use any marketing tricks or polished language. We just tell people where we are and what we do. It’s a practical way to run things. We focus on the work and try to keep our clients happy without any fuss. It's about being reliable and getting the food out. We don't need fancy words for that.
