Domino'S

This Domino’S is at 52 Lakshmi Krupa Society, right across from the Vastrapur Railway Station in the Vejalpur area of Ahmedabad. It’s not your typical standalone store; it’s tucked into the society building. Being so close to the station means we get a lot of people who are just coming off the trains and want something to eat quickly. The place is always humming with the sound of the ovens and the delivery bikes starting up outside. We have a small crew and it’s always a bit of a rush, especially on the weekends or when it rains. The smell of the dough and the toppings fills up the whole corner of the street. Sometimes the neighbors in Lakshmi Krupa get a bit annoyed with the traffic, but we try to keep things orderly. The shop itself is small, mostly for taking orders and sending out deliveries. There isn’t a whole lot of room to hang around. It’s hot in the back where the cooking happens, and we are usually moving pretty fast to keep up with the screen. We’ve been at this Vejalpur spot for a while, and the locals know us well by now. It’s just a regular pizza shop, nothing more, nothing less. We just focus on getting the boxes out the door and keeping the bikes moving. We are right there in India, serving the local neighborhood as best as we can every day.
